He was an amazing rock star and I will always say that. He was phenomenal and I miss him so much. Not only as a friend but sometimes I think about the amazing star he would have been. He didn’t really see the digital age, when he was around everything was still analogue. It wasn’t a sensationalist age like it is now. He could have probably had the biggest Twitter following in the entire world.

I’ve never thought about the fact that Richey never will play with us on stage again. What makes me immeasurably sad is that I can’t call him after watching a game on tv, or seen a programme that I know that we both wanted to see. We used to talk to each other every single day. I still pick up the phone sometimes to dial his number.
